Various Diet Plans for You

Many people need help To Lose Weight or want to Lose Weight Fast these days. To this end, various diets have been invented. They are based on changing your diet or doing certain things which are supposed to be good for you, due to results obtained from science experiments.

First up, for Losing Weight fast, is the Hcg Diet. hCG is ‘Human Choriogonadotropin’, a hormone which is supposed to result in a Weight Loss of about 1 to 2 lbs per day if you’re also on a VLCD (very low calorie diet), with a small injection of it every day. This diet may be a good idea if you’re severely overweight.

Another Diet Solution is the 17-day diet. It is based on multiple 17 day periods during which you will eat some things and avoid eating some other things. You should be much leaner after going through all of the periods. This diet may be somewhat complicated to follow, but if nothing else, at least provides you with a disciplined and structured approach to weight loss. A well-structured plan may be just what you need to shave those overweight pounds.

The Atkins diet is A Diet with four different phases — induction, ongoing weight loss, pre-maintenance and lifetime maintenance. It is based on the consumption of foods with a low overall carbohydrate level. There is no real scientific- or other evidence of the benefits of a low carbohydrate intake or this diet. What you might be able to take away from this diet is that reducing the intake of certain types of nutrients or foods can help in weight loss, particularly if you’re already taking them in excess.

Then there are soup diets. These are based on mostly eating soup, vegetable or otherwise. The interesting thing about these diets is that you can eat as much soup as you want during them, but restrain from eating much else. A Soup Diet might just work well for weight loss, but you want to choose the soups you eat properly. A soup diet plan also won’t really work as a long-term diet plan, but might be able to shave some pounds short-term.
