Detox Diet Plan

Is this a detox plan or a Weight Loss Diet?

I’ve been reading about the “Lemonade Diet” and such (visiting http://www.2healthandwellness.com/lemonade ) and it seems that is a detox plan.

Then I stumbled across what appears to be a weight loss / fat loss diet kind of thing at http://www.absixpack.com/4/detoxing.html which looks like it also involves detoxing, but claims to help you lose weight.

Can I lose weight and detox at the same time? Is that healthy? Is it bogus?

Yes you can lose weight and detox at the same time.
It’s healthy when done CORRECTLY with proper support.

For me I used a nutritional product (that I now help others with) and eliminated 40 pounds in 90 days and have kept it off since Aug 2006! I’m healthier than ever and feel great.
I continue to do occasional cleanses to keep healthy and give my body a break from all the toxins in our environment.
